Beautification Awards
Properties will be judged on TOTAL property beautification. The property will be judged as a whole in the following areas:
- Main Entrance and Signage
- Office/Leasing Center
- Lawn and Landscape Grounds
- Building Exteriors
- Pool Areas
- Overall Impression
The judges will score the property on a scale of 1-5 in each of the aforementioned areas, except for Overall Impression, which is on a scale of 1-10. Then, the total of those scores will be your property’s overall score (total of 35 points available). The winners are based off of the overall score ONLY.
