Pattie Woods, VP – Training and Development
Industry Tenure – 31 Years
As Vice President of Training & Development, Pattie is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring training programs for all site level associates. She oversees Fogelman Management Group’s mentor programs, and the online learning center. Pattie works closely with the director of marketing and the management development department to provide superior support to our leasing, marketing, and management teams. Pattie is an active member of the National Apartment Association, currently serving as a NAAEI Board and Faculty member and is a member of the NAA Lease Advisory Committee. She served as the inaugural president of the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis in 2006 and is also a past president of the Tennessee Apartment Association. Pattie holds CAM and CAPS designations and is a frequent speaker for national industry events.
