Kelly Hogan, a Chicago Native, started her journey with property Management in 2010 as a Leasing Agent for a small company in Naperville, IL when her family opened a restaurant which she ran for 4 years, until she decided it was time to take a different path. Joining Brookside Properties in 2014 as a Leasing Manager in Knoxville, TN. With a background in Restaurants and Photography, she quickly grew to take a more Marketing driven direction, becoming a Regional Marketing Manager, and shortly thereafter accepting the position as Director of Marketing. Her many mentors in the company helped her grown into position with their constant support and guidance.

Dr. Donna Van Natten’s research in the science driving non-verbal communication, facial expressions, gestures, and behavioral intentions has changed the way companies develop their people. Coupled with her dynamic personality and animated delivery, the Body Language Dr.® is a national spokesperson and expert in interpreting numerous components of communication. She holds multiple degrees, culminating with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Dr. Donna was awarded a Japan Fulbright Scholarship, is published in the Journal of Leadership Education, and wrote Image Scrimmage about the power of body language and leadership. She’s been featured multiple times in Inc. Magazine for her expertise in nonverbal communication and leadership. The Chicago Tribune has published her expertise on eyes, smiles, and tone of voice in leadership. Her latest book, The Body Language of Politics was released in January 2020. The Body Language of Women comes out in June 2020.
