Once your application is received you will be sent an invoice for the application fee and the CAA dues. The application fee and the CAA dues must be paid before we will officially accept your application for membership to the CAA.

Associate/Vendor
Associate membership dues are $450.00/year, and a $50.00 one-time application/processing fee

Owner/Management Company
The management company’s ENTIRE Chattanooga portfolio must join the CAA under Apartment Community Membership.
Owner/Management membership dues are $250.00/year, and a $50.00 one-time application/processing fee

Apartment Community
Your Management Company MUST ALREADY BE (OR MUST BECOME) A MEMBER in order to join as an Apartment Community.
Apartment Community membership dues are:

    • Communities with less than 50 units = $50 + $2.25 per unit, per year
    • Communities with 50 units and over = $2.25 per unit, per year

and $50 for a one-time application/processing fee
