Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Spotlight Vendor

$250 – The Spotlight Vendor is featured at the General Membership Luncheon or the Manager/Maintenance Breakfast (in the month in which they sign up).  The Spotlight Vendor will be featured on all communication regarding the event.  The sponsor can place marketing materials at each table, as well as greet members as they come in. They also have 3-5 minutes to speak about their company/property. Each spotlight vendor is asked to bring a raffle item (gift card, etc.) for a drawing at the luncheon.

Bus Tour

$ 500 – Bus sponsorship

$ 400 – Appetizers

$ 400 – T-shirt sponsor

$ 200 – Gift bag sponsor

As a sponsor of the bus tour, you will be recognized in communication about the event.  You will be able to place marketing material in the gift bags and/or at the properties we visit.  You will be given 10 minutes to speak at one of the properties, as well.

Education course lunch sponsor

As a sponsor of an education course lunch;

  • Provide lunch for attendees and instructor (or pay $150 for the sponsorship)
  • Your company will be included in the promotion/communication of the event. We also invite you to place/provide marketing material, prior to the start of the course.

Awards Gala

$1,000 – Event Sponsor

$1500 – DJ/Live Band

$500 – Photographer/Photo Booth

$500 – Bar

$500 – Bar

Door Prizes ($50 minimum)

As a sponsor of the Awards Gala, you will be recognized in the communication regarding the event. Signage will be posted in the area sponsored.
