Charitable Events and Sponsorships
- Responsible for scheduling all charitable events
- Organize annual food drive with the Chattanooga Food Bank
- Organize fundraising events, sponsorships, and advertising
- Spotlight vendors for monthly luncheons
- Responsible for securing Premium sponsorships throughout the year
- Crisis management for disasters (natural disaster/weather related)
- Responsible for providing promotional material, updates for charitable events, and needs to AE
Education
- Plan and facilitate all educational classes throughout the year to possibly include; Fair Housing, Legal Seminar, CAM, CPO, and NALP
- Coordinate all aspects of education events to include meeting space, catering, etc.
- Plan and facilitate event speakers throughout the year
- Work with AE to publicize/promote events
Events
- Scheduling and promotion of CAA events throughout the year to include, but not limited to; Bus Tour, Luncheons, and Breakfasts
- Coordinate all aspects of events to include meeting space, catering, etc
- Create event surveys (two question surveys to be provided at luncheons). Survey participants will be entered into drawings. Events committee will come up with the prizes for the drawings
- Responsible for providing promotional ideas and needs to AE
Subcommittee – Trade Show

- Plans event and encourages attendance
- Selection of location, theme, diagram for booths, booth sales, food selection, decorations, and more
- Responsible for finding sponsors, door prizes, etc. for the Trade Show

Gala, Star Awards and Beautification
- Plans the Awards Gala event; selection of location, block of rooms, food selection, DJ/band, decorations, and more.
- Responsible for finding sponsors, door prizes, etc. for gala
- Responsible for providing promotional ideas and needs to AE.

- Facilitate judges
- Manage judging criteria
- Manage award/certificate choices and orders
- Responsible for providing promotional ideas and needs to AE
Government Affairs/Advocacy
- Represent CAA at TNAA quarterly meetings. If possible, be present at Day on the Hill in Nashville
- Manage and promote the PAC contribution goals from our chapter
- If possible, attend the Capital Conference
- Crisis management for legal matters (board’s legal counsel will respond)
- Responsible for providing ideas and needs to AE
Membership
- Responsible for increasing new membership
- Promote existing member retention by encouraging participation and education
- Responsible for welcoming individuals to association luncheons, table registration, and other events
- Responsible for providing roster updates to AE (new mgrs./contacts., mgmt. co changes, etc.)
- Responsible for providing promotional ideas and needs to AE
