Indulge your sweet tooth at CAA's Candy Lane Trade Show! 

All Rental Housing Staff and Property Management Professionals (members & non-members) attend FREE!

The CAA Trade Show is the biggest networking event of the year for the Greater Chattanooga rental housing industry with a fun theme that changes each year.

Supplier members set up booths at the trade show to share information about their products with rental housing decision-makers.

Property management companies and apartment community staff members enjoy free admission into the trade show, which includes lunch. When registering, be sure to sign up under your community name, not the management company name

Giveaways are held for attendees every half hour, during the show.

Only exhibiting supplier members may attend the trade show. All exhibiting suppliers must be a current member of Chattanooga Apartment Association.

Suppliers, if you are a current member of the CAA and you are not seeing the options under registration to purchase a booth, please make sure you are logged into your member account

• Show Theme: Candy Land at Embassy "Sweets"
• Set-up hours: 4.25.25 from 8:00 am - 11:00 am EST
• The event will be open from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Door Prize with minimum value of $50 is required
• Bring your own extension cord for electricity
• Judging for: Most Informative, Best Use of Theme & Best Swag
• You will be contacted to select your booth location based on the order of purchase

Room Block Information:
For the guestrooms, we are able to offer a special rate of $169 + tax per night for our Standard King 2- room suite (bedroom & living room) and $189 + tax per night for our Standard 2 Queen 2-room suite (bedroom and living room). Our guestrooms do include complimentary hot breakfast buffet, to include made to-order omelet station, along with our complimentary evening reception. If you would like to confirm these guestrooms, please let us know how the reservations are to be made (rooming list or provide booking link) and payment (group to pay or individuals pay own charges).

Early Freight Shipment:
Regarding shipping, we request that any items shipped not be received no more than 3 days prior to event dates due to limited storage. Boxes are complimentary; anything larger, such as pallets or other bulky items, do need to be coordinated with the hotel and are subject to storage fees.
