Organization Overview
APHIX, LLC is a full-service commercial grounds maintenance company. Over the years APHIX has been very blessed to have the opportunity to expand our services into the Lexington, Louisville and Frankfort markets along with Chattanooga and Knoxville in Tennessee. We have found that our prices are very competitive and, in many cases, we have provided savings to many of our commercial customers while improving quality and professionalism.
Though APHIX is a relatively young company, we have achieved great success and growth by employing knowledgeable, competent, and professional staff. Many of APHIX’s staff have achieved great success in our industry and carry various credentials/degrees from various institutions. I am confident our professional staff members will work diligently to maintain your grounds to the highest level of excellence possible.
During the estimating process, our team spends many hours onsite reviewing the scope of work and taking site measurements in order to tailor the quote to your specific needs and guidelines as described in the scope of work. When awarded a contract, APHIX will assign an account manager that will be available to assist with questions, budget, additions, consultations or any issue that might arise throughout our working relationship. The account manager is responsible for being the main point of contact for customer relations/satisfaction between APHIX and your property. The account manager will visit the site regularly to perform audits on the work that APHIX performs to ensure that we are fulfilling the responsibilities to the proper professional horticulture standards.
We are proud to offer a multitude of services outside of scheduled maintenance. These services include, but are not limited to:
• Enhancement projects such as removal, install, or rejuvenation of landscape components
• Hardscape installation
• Floral displays
• Asphalt and concrete repair
* Signage
* Fencing
